Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. There is no minimum order at Renco or glovemen.com. Your order is important to us, large or small, even if you only need one product.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. You can pay for your order in a variety of ways:
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Terms: 1/10 Net 30 days to accounts with established credit
Q. What are your terms?
A. Our terms are 1/10 Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Payment terms do not apply to credit card payments.
Q. Do I need to fax or mail a confirmation for my order?
A. Confirmations aren't necessary, but if you're required to send one, please mark "Confirmation" on it to help avoid duplication.
Q. If an item is backordered, when is my account charged?
A. Your account will be charged when the product is shipped.
Q. What are the shipping options?
A. We ship via UPS.
- Standard shipping is Ground, 3-5 days
- Please let us know if you want overnight or other express shipping
- If you want, we can use your account number to pay for the shipping.
Q. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know that your order is on its way.
Q. How do I qualify for your Volume Purchase Program?

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?

A. Yes. Renco has access to the entire product lines of hundreds of manufacturers. If you're looking for a product we don't currently have in stock, we can get it for you.
